Yentl Cools, Senior Category Manager UKI & Benelux, she sums it up effortlessly: “They purchase the various waste management services for us. They guide this and advise us on this. They check the invoices and coordinate everything with the individual hotels. They also provide reports and annual reports and government information. Finally, they help us to make our waste streams more sustainable.”
