Scan waste streams + advice for optimisation
We make a scan of your current situation which consists of two parts; a financial scan and an operational scan. The financial scan consists of an inventory of all your current contracts, existing suppliers and agreements. The operational scan concerns mapping your waste streams at the location itself. How are the processes running and what are the logistics like?
Moreover, we make an inventory of the extent to which the current working method contributes to your sustainability objectives and obligations.
Our advice specifically entails what you can improve, save and how to become more sustainable. Based on this operational and financial plan of action, you decide whether to work with us or not.
Implementation
After agreeing on the plan of action, we establish an agreement. You will also meet with the Project Manager of Greenwaste who remains your permanent contact for all current matters. Furthermore, we set up the new processes, make new arrangements with existing and new suppliers if necessary and link you to our “control tower” from which we can manage and monitor everything.
Management
Waste management is a dynamic process. Meaning, your situation can change which can also have an influence on your waste streams. We are continuously monitoring all current matters and inform you about sustainable innovative developments as well as changing laws and regulations.
Our dashboard provides a clear insight of your performance. This way you are assured of the most optimal working method for each waste stream. You receive one invoice per month with all costs incurred.
