Founder of Greenwaste, Johannes Bos is very experienced in the waste industry. He saw that many companies find it difficult to manage their waste. Right at the time when the importance of sustainability was growing enormously and laws and regulations were changing drastically. That is why he started Greenwaste in 2014 with a healthy mix of commercial and idealistic motives to help companies better manage their waste streams. More sustainable, more efficient and cheaper.

The current generation has to take responsibility to handle raw materials carefully in order to offer the next generation a healthy, but also a prosperous future. Greenwaste wants to contribute to this. That is why we are still very proud that in our initial phase we were already named the most sustainable company in Drenthe. We extract added value from released raw materials and thereby create positive conditions for society, now and in the future.

Extensive knowledge and transparent working method
At Greenwaste we do what we say and we say what we do. The team consists of specialists only. They all have a great understanding of waste due to a lot of practical experience, knowledge of laws and regulations and technical insight.
We have 4 departments:
The Frontoffice receives all assignments and requests. The colleagues are all waste experts, creative and administratively versed. You always have one point of contact.
At Internal Sales we supervise the implementation of every new customer according to a fixed process and we provide the waste-environmental annual reports and certificates for all clients.
Our colleagues at the Administration are experts in the field of financial administration, accounting and legal documentation obligations. They check all incoming invoices plus attachments. As a result, the client receives 1 total invoice per month.
Our Project Managers and Account Managers are specialists in various areas related to waste. From regular waste to the most specialised and hazardous waste streams. They create in consultation with you a financial and operational waste plan. During implementation, the Project Managers on site of our clients manage all activities of waste collection, separation and disposal on a daily basis. Thanks to their many years of experience and knowledge, they are able to make the right choices in different situations.
